Technical Support Issues
First, contact zFairs by clicking the zFairs Support button at the bottom left of the ScienceFair.space site. Several options including telephone support are available from the zFairs site.
If zFairs is unable to resolve your issue and it is preventing you from logging in or participating in the interview or judging process, use the round help center icon at the lower right corner of the ScienceFair.space site and choose the topic, “Unresolved technical issues” to inform the Fair.
Other Issues, Participants
Students, teachers or parents may contact the CSEF Help Desk by clicking the round help center icon at the bottom right of the ScienceFair.space site. On the day of the Fair participants can also call the CSEF Help Desk at 848-CSC-CSEF or 848-272-2733.
Other Issues, Category Judges
Category judges experiencing any CSEF related issues should first notify their Category Chair, then notify the Fair by using the round help center icon at the lower right of the ScienceFair.space site. On the day of the Fair judges can also call the CSEF Help Desk at 848-CSC-CSEF or 848-272-2733.
Other Issues, Special/Recognition Awards Judges
Special/Recognition Awards judges experiencing any CSEF related issues should first contact Bob Anderson, Director of Special/Recognition Awards by email ([email protected]) or by text (preferred) or phone at 213-364-7470. If Bob is unavailable, please contact CSEF by using the round help center icon at the bottom right of the ScienceFairs.space site. Select the topic “Special/Recognition Awards Judge” from the topic list. On the day of the Fair judges can also call the CSEF Help Desk at 828-CSC-CSEF or 828-272-2733.
