Has my project presentation been reviewed and accepted?

Click the "Check Project Review Status" link on the main ScienceFair.Space page to open the display approval lookup form.  Enter your project ID, as shown on the form entry field to see your presentation review status.  The status reports do not instantly update and may not reflect the most recent updates, changes or submissions.  

The Display Approval Committee will review all submitted projects in the days leading up to the Fair.  It may take several days to review your presentation, but all projects will be reviewed before the Fair.

If your status says "Approved" your project presentation is considered fully accepted and is ready to be judged.

If your presentation has been accepted, and you subsequently resubmit or modify it in any way, it will go back into the Display Approval Committee for another review.  You are free to modify and resubmit, but please do so as early as possible to allow time for review.  Be especially sure that any new modifications continue to meet the precise presentation guidelines and requirements.  

The official guidelines and a self-assessment checklist are both available near the bottom of the lookup form and also in the student information section of csef.usc.edu.  All project presentations must be submitted prior to judging.

If your presentation has not been approved, the form will specify each specific issue that prevented the presentation from being accepted.  Please revise and correct any listed issues within 8 hours of receiving such notice.  Resubmit the revised presentation by following the instructions on the Lower portion of the Check Project Review Status lookup page.  Note, these instructions will change depending upon the time remaining before the Fair.  Once resubmitted, your revised presentation will automatically be placed in the queue for DAC review. 

If the report indicates your project is "not submitted or awaiting review" it may indicate that it is still in the queue awaiting inspection.  This message may also occur if you have recently updated the PDF or if the a review has recently been entered but not yet visible to the lookup system.  

Projects shall not be disqualified or delayed from judging in any way do to delays in form data propogation.
